FREE Small Business Employee Training through the Louisiana SBET Training Program

Brand State U is a certified trainer through the Louisiana Small Business Employee Training Program so you could qualify to be 100% reimbursed once you complete the Plan 2 Brand course and GrowthX Workshop.
Brand State U can provide you with free training under the IWTP Small Business Employee Training Program. Training is online and Louisiana’s SBET program will reimburse you for your costs if your company is eligible.
The Process:

- Register for GrowthX Workshop or Plan 2 Brand and complete courses
- Get reimbursed

Program Eligibility Details:
- Louisiana based businesses with fifty or fewer employees;
- Employers that have been in business in the state for at least three years, contributing and in full compliance with state UI tax laws;
- Trainees must be incumbent workers for whom the employer incurs a state UI tax liability

About the Louisiana Small Business Employee Training Program
The Louisiana Workforce Commission Small Business Employee Training Program (SBET) is designed to benefit business and industry by assisting in the skill development of existing employees through individual, standardized (off-the shelf) training. Employers are reimbursed for tuition and required textbooks and manuals once the training has been completed and proper documentation has been submitted to the Louisiana Workforce Commission (LWC).
Training costs cannot exceed $3,000 per trainee per state fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). Funding is provided through the Incumbent Worker Training Account. Brand State U is authorized through the LA Workforce Commission to provide Small Business Employee Training (SBET).
With Plan 2 Brand, we offer two payment options; a one-time purchase or a split payment plan.
